Festival Give-Away

- By entering this competition, you will give TAFT permission to send you information about their festivals. You may unsubscribe at any time.

- TAFT decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into and no cash alternative will be offered.

- TAFT reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to re-draw the competition if an ineligible entrant is drawn.

- TAFT reserve the right to use each winner’s name for promotional media and publicity purposes (including the social media and website pages).

- When collecting personal information, TAFT comply with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.

- TAFT may terminate, suspend, modify or cancel the competition (including without limitation varying the prize) at any time by notice published on the RESET2020 or Taranaki Graden Festival websites.

- The parent or legal guardian of an entrant under the age of 16 must consent to these terms and conditions before the entrant can participate in the competition.

- The winning entries will be selected by date and the winners will be contacted by email or telephone. If TAFT is unable to contact each winner after three attempts, TAFT will be entitled to select another winner.
